[ Trials Techniques ]

The following techniques are the heart and soul of Trials. The moves described here form a solid foundation of moves, which you can combine, extend and refine to let you do almost anything you can think of. This list is certainly not every move out there, and there are easily hundreds of variations, but these following moves should give you a real good starting point. We've broken it up into Basic and More Advanced techniques.

Hopefully, if you are just starting out these should give you ideas on what to practice and how the moves are done. People seem to forget that when you are starting out, things are not always obvious, and even the simplest things sometimes take a little explanation before they make sense.
